Every organization should have a unique tradition, and with Ana Cavazos's help, we have. Please meet the G.O.A.T. awards of 2022. "The Greatest Of All Time" is awarded once a month in recognition of going above and beyond, performing their job duties in the best white-glove manner possible, and ultimately pleasing our clients, which is our highest priority.

The GOAT trophy is given to that employee who excelled in the previous month, for which they can proudly display it on their desk. Along with the trophy, the employee receives a cash bonus and a tumultuous announcement of their achievement made to the entire company.

Lastly, at the end of the year, the employee who received the GOAT award the most will get a more significant cash bonus and keep the trophy to take home or mount on the hood of their car.

Our goal has always been to provide our clients with the utmost best white-glove managed IT services, cloud hosting, and Cybersecurity services. We have created this one of many traditions with that goal in mind and look forward to the many years of naming the next iTecs GOAT.
