Brian Desmot founded ITECS in 2002, making the company one of Dallas's early managed-services providers. ITECS began as an IT consulting firm focused on repair, procurement, and business technology guidance, then expanded into managed IT, cybersecurity, and managed cloud hosting. Brian Desmot continues to lead the company and, with the help of the ITECS leadership team, continues to evolve and shape the company with the goal of becoming the sole IT solutions provider that makes sense.
Marc Dunbar
Following a career as a self-employed music educator, Marc Dunbar joined the ranks at ITECS as a junior-level technician. Despite a lack of industry experience, he quickly worked his way up the ranks in the company to become the lead IT consultant for ITECS. As the company grew and the need for operational leadership arose, Marc answered the call to become the company's first Director of Services and Operations.
"Having the opportunity to join the ITECS team when it was still in its infancy proved to be an exciting time for me in my new career. Not only did I quickly learn the ropes of the MSP industry in a fast-paced environment, I also got to take ownership in the direction of the company as it developed into what it is today."
Today, Marc serves as a key member of the ITECS leadership team, striving to set the company on a path of sustained healthy growth and ever-improving levels of service.
Sam Arade
Sam joined the ITECS leadership team in September 2025 as IT Manager, overseeing IT operations and helping the team deliver attentive, well-coordinated IT services. His background spans business management, technical operations, and leadership of internal and client-facing IT teams.

His unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise enables him to drive strategic alignment between technology initiatives and organizational goals across the ITECS portfolio.
Jordan Emerle
Jordan Emerle serves as a Technical Account Manager at ITECS, acting as the main point of contact for Elite clients and providing strategic technical guidance. He began his career in IT on the helpdesk, gradually building his expertise and advancing into a client-focused leadership role.
"Staying organized and keeping a cool, calm, and collected approach allows me to deliver consistent and reliable support to our clients."
Jordan joined ITECS in July 2025 and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to client management. He focuses on helping clients optimize their IT environments while supporting the broader goals of the ITECS leadership team.
