How IT Works

We want the experience of transitioning your IT department to iTecs to be as easy and seamless as possible.  Here is an outline of what to expect when going through the simple steps of engaging us as your offsite IT department.

I. Choose your contract length

We provide the IT Outsourcing Managed Services Program in three different terms.

A 2-year agreement
Receive a 10% discount on the contract and 700 GB of space within our CloudSP data center for server imaging and data backup.

A 1-year agreement
Receive a 5% discount on the contract and 30% off our CloudSP data center backup and disaster recovery services.

A  6-month agreement

All MSP contracts carry a 2-month probation period, allowing the client to cancel the contract and its term of life.

II. Onboarding

The day you execute the contract, your assigned Network Administrator will arrive at your office and perform the following:

  1. Formal introductions to your staff, providing contact information and instructions on how to request support.
  2. Perform a network discovery and document your IT infrastructure.
  3. Install antivirus and remote access tools.
