Scope and service evidence
Require definitions for requests, incidents, problems, changes, projects, after-hours, onsite work, severity, acknowledgment, updates, escalation, closure, acceptance, exclusions, tools, licensing, backup, and security. Ask for sample reports with source and metric definitions.
Security, privacy, and continuity
