At present, we are in pursuit of a dynamic, methodical, and enterprising Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-velocity work setting.
Answering calls and working with team leads and staff on scheduling appointments.
Running errands, such as dropping off packages, performing RMAs, maintaining company cars, checking the USPS mailbox, and picking up orders.
Maintaining office supplies, ensuring coffee andother vital items are readily available in the office.
Assisting with the administration of our accounting system, including generating invoices and adjusting item line quantities as needed.
Event coordination, including planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Working with vendors to facilitate timely delivery of products and services.
Maintaining office cleanliness, ensuring a neat and organized work environment for all employees.
Processing purchase orders (POs) and managing related documentation.
Handling management correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
