How it works

We want the experience of transitioning your IT department to iTecs to be as easy and seamless as possible. Here is an outline of what to expect when going through the simple steps of engaging us as your offsite IT department.

1. Choose your contract length

We provide three different IT Outsourcing Managed Services Program terms.

  • 2-year agreement

    Receive a 5% discount on the contract and 25% off our Promus data center backup and disaster recovery and cloud hosting services.

  • 1-year agreement

    Receive 25% off our Promus data center backup, disaster recovery and cloud hosted services.

  • 6-month agreement

    Available for small offices only, these short-term agreements provide no discounts.

2. Onboarding

The day you execute the contract, your assigned Team Leader will arrive at your office and perform the following:

  • Formal introductions to your staff, providing contact information and instructions on how to request support

  • Network discovery and IT infrastructure documentation

  • Install antivirus and remote access tools

On the back end, we also create your account and grant you access to the following portals:

  • Ticketing System

  • Remote Monitoring and Management

  • Data Vault

  • Total Security AV

  • CloudSP backup and imaging
