iTecs Ticketing System – We provide our clients access to the ticketing system which tracks all support incidents. Clients’ can submit a support request VIA the ticketing system, email or by simply calling their assigned network administrators.
iTecs Remote Monitoring & Management – This asset provides our clients a real-time view of all their computers and monitored devices. Existing customers can see the health of their systems and view hardware/software statistics, and you can also run reports to print snapshots of all the accumulated data.
iTecs CloudSP – See your cloud-stored server images and backups, including statistics of data usage and restore points.
iTecs Data Vault – We provide our clients direct access to their cloud (offsite) stored iTecs generated documents, including reports and miscellaneous files.
iTecs Total Security AV – Gain access to the iTecs managed antivirus, phishing, malware, and ransomware protection software suite to see your infrastructure in real time.
